Storm & insurance
We meet your adjuster on the roof.
Hail and wind claims get denied for one reason more than any other: bad documentation. We photograph, measure, and file it right the first time.
- Free, no-obligation damage inspection with a written report
- Emergency tarping dispatched 24/7 to stop active water intrusion
- Test squares, chalked hail hits, and date-stamped photos for the file
- We meet the adjuster on site and walk the roof together
- Supplement requests handled when the first scope comes in short
- You pay your deductible — that's it on an approved claim
What we look for
Hail bruising on shingles and soft metals, wind creasing along the leading edge, displaced ridge caps, and collateral marks on gutters, screens, downspouts, and A/C fins. Collateral evidence is often what gets a claim approved.
We mark test squares and photograph hit counts so the file stands on its own.
The claim process
1. Free inspection and report. 2. You file the claim with your carrier. 3. We meet the adjuster on the roof with our documentation. 4. Scope and pricing get agreed. 5. We build the roof and invoice the carrier directly for approved work.
You are never obligated to use us because we inspected.
If your claim was denied
A denial isn't final. Re-inspections and supplements overturn a meaningful share of them, especially where the original adjuster never pulled a test square. Send us the denial letter and scope sheet and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth appealing.
Emergency tarping
Water is doing damage every hour it's inside the structure. Call any time — we tarp at night and in the rain, document the loss for your carrier, and schedule the permanent repair after.
