Started with one truck and a bad experience with another roofer.
2009 — and about 400 roofs later — the standard hasn't changed.
Why we exist
This company started because a homeowner in Whitby paid for a full replacement and got a roof-over with the old flashing left in place. Two winters later the ceiling came down. Nobody answered the phone.
We built Piercy Bro's Inc. around the opposite of that: tear off to the deck, photograph everything, put the price in writing, and answer the phone in year seven the same way we answer it in week one.
Today we run our own residential and commercial crews across Durham Region and the GTA. We're licensed, insured, bonded, and manufacturer-certified — License #783570013.
